Refund policy
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition, including all original packaging and instructions.
- Special orders, customized items, and certain non-returnable items (e.g., foam, marine carpet) cannot be returned.
- Items marked "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Request an RMA: Contact our Customer Service team at support@automarinepro.com with your order details to receive an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely repack the item(s) in the same condition and manner as received to avoid damage during transit.

Shipping:
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Include the RMA number inside the package for processing.
- Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receipt. Refunds may take 3-10 days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special orders and sale items.
- Foam, marine carpet, or any backed carpets.
- Any product that has been used, cut, sewn, marked on, or laminated.
- Items specifically marked as "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges may be available for eligible items, but they must follow the same return guidelines.
