Thank you for choosing AutoMarinePro.com! We appreciate your business and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you'll find all the details about our shipping process, delivery times, and what to expect when ordering from us.

1. Order Processing

  • We process orders the same day when placed before 2 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • If an item is on backorder, please allow about three additional weeks for delivery. We'll keep you updated on its status.
  • During peak times, orders may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer $20 Flat Rate Economy Ground Shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days. Not available for adhesive products.
  • Enjoy Free Economy Ground Shipping on orders over $199 (before tax and discounts), except for adhesive products.
  • For Standard Ground Shipping, we use USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground—whichever is the best option for your location.
  • Need your order faster? We offer FedEx Expedited shipping options on most products.

3. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship within the lower 48 United States.

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • International locations

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
  • You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, AutoMarinePro.com is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance. If you need additional help, feel free to reach out to us at support@automarinepro.com.
  • If your package was stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier or local authorities.

6. Address & Shipping Errors

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to refund or replace packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the package.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to regulations (such as hazardous materials or oversized items). If there are any limitations on your order, we’ll let you know before shipping.
